Complainant indicated that the facility did not have towels, either paper or cloth for residents to dry their hands.
On 10/27/09, DSS inspected 8 resident rooms. 8 of 8 did not have paper towels and or receptacles for the storage and immediate use of paper towels. The residents in these rooms indicated that they generally have to buy their own towels or ask staff to bring them towels from the home’s common bathrooms.
