During a Division of Health Regulation Annual Survey, it was discovered that the facility failed to assure that 1 of 2 residents had TB tests in compliance with rule standards. |

During a rountine visit the Adult Home Specialist (AHS) from Durham Co. Dss noted that 2 of 3 residents requiring therapeutic diets, did not receive those diets. The AHS also noted problems with food storage and substitution lists. |
