This rule is not met as evidenced by review of facility records.The facility failed to assure an assessment was completed within 10 days following the initial onset of an unplanned weight loss. On 3-1-08 the facility documented a 10 pound weight loss within a two week time frame and failed to complete an assessment.The facility also failed to refer the resident to the resident's physician in a timely manner. |
