Significant issues noted by DHSR-Construction Section such as: The basement area had items stored in a cluttered, disorganized and dirty manner. Animal feces and stored items noted in the actic. Fire extinguishers were out of date and in need of reinspection. Several electrical receptacles painted over. Building soffits with water damaged. Roof has a hole in it. Bathroom exhaust fan does not work. Broken window panes and windows that do not open. Missing Heat Detectors. Car with no tires in the garage. Missing faceplates on several electrical outlets.
