The resdients of the facility have to spend the night at another house owned by the Administrator that is not a licensed facility whenever staff has to work at another job.
The residents are not told when they leave the facility how long they will be gone. |
Based on interviews, it was determined that three residents at the facility spent an unknown number of nights over a two month period at an unlicensed facility. |
