Caller indicated that the home had dirty floors and walls, with furniture in need of repair. Caller also stated that their was evidence of residents smoking in their rooms. Caller indicated that cigarette butts were seen in resident's rooms and the laundry room. |
A inspection of resident rooms by DSS revealed that 5 of 5 rooms were in need of thorough cleaning of walls and floors. DSS also noted evidence of smoking in 6 resident rooms. |
