On 6-04-08, and 6-05-08 a caller alleged that a female resident was “locked out" of the facility during recent warm temperatures in the 90’s. |
It was determined that a on 6-04-08 and 6-05-08 a female resident returned to the home to find no staff available. The resident was locked outside for 30 minutes and 1 hour respectively, with temperatures in the mid to high 90s on both days. |
